For People in Ministry
Counseling and spiritual direction for pastors, chaplains, church staff, and ministry workers.
You know how to hold other people's stories. Who holds yours?
You've sat with people in their hardest moments. You've held grief that wasn't yours to carry. You've answered the call at 2 am, said the right words at the graveside, and stayed present through things that marked you in ways you've never had space to name.
And somewhere in all of that, your own story got quieter and quieter.
I know this world.
I spent eighteen years in ministry. I know what it costs to be the one who holds the room together. I know the loneliness of a role where you're always the pastor and never just a person. I know what it's like to carry doubt privately and to look okay when something underneath is fraying.
This space is for you.
Not as a pastor or a leader, but as a person with a story that deserves room to be told.
WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE
Some people come for counseling. Some come for spiritual direction. Some do both.

QUESTIONS FROM MINISTRY LEADERS
No. I'm not connected to your church, board, or denomination, and sessions are by private video from wherever you choose. Confidentiality has the same legal limits as any counseling, which I'll explain at the start.
Will anyone at my church know I'm coming?
Yes. Ministry puts real strain on marriages, and couples sessions are available.
Can my spouse come too?
Yes. You can explore that question here without anyone's expectations riding on the answer.
I'm thinking about leaving ministry. Can we talk about that?
Do you work with ministry leaders outside Belton and Temple?
Yes. My services as a Licensed Counseling Associate are available anywhere in Texas. Spiritual direction, Pastoral Counseling, or Coaching is available online even if you live outside Texas.
